The Kampala Boxing Club empowers youth in Uganda through sports, mentorship, and opportunity. We build discipline, confidence, and resilience in young people while creating pathways to success inside the ring and throughout life.
We raise money through donations and merchandise sales to offer strategic governance, financial support, and equipment to existing youth boxing programs in Uganda that meet our criteria and share our values.
Our goal is to keep kids off the streets and offer them a healthy, safe pathway to completing their education and becoming productive members of society.

- What is The Kampala Boxing Club USA?
- The Kampala Boxing Club USA is a Washington, DC based non profit that funds boxing in Uganda. We pay coaching wages, buy boxing equipment, and support youth boxing training programs in Kampala so young Ugandan boxers can train safely and consistently.
- How can I support young boxers in Uganda?
- You can donate directly on this page, or buy official club apparel — the margin on one hoodie funds one supervised boxing class in Kampala. Both routes go to the same place: coaching first, protective equipment second, facility costs third.
- How do you send boxing equipment to Uganda?
- Rather than shipping used gear across continents, we fund the purchase of gloves, wraps, headgear, and mouthguards through the club in Kampala. It is faster, cheaper, and it keeps money inside the local economy. Sponsors who want to fund a specific equipment order can email info@kampalaboxingusa.org.
- Why does grassroots boxing in Kampala need funding?
- Uganda's national team — The Bombers — produced the majority of the country's Olympic medals, but the layer underneath was never funded. Without paid coaches and working equipment, talented amateur boxers in Kampala never reach the tournaments that build a career.
- Are donations to your non profit tax deductible?
- We are a US non profit organisation supporting a single boxing club in Kampala. Donation receipts and our current transparency breakdown of where every dollar lands are published on our transparency page.
