When you donate or buy merchandise, our checkout provider (Shopify) collects your name, email, shipping address, and payment details in order to process the transaction. We receive order and donation records, but we never see or store your full card number.

If you post a message in our community wall, we store the display name and text you submit in your own browser. If you subscribe to updates, we store your email address for that purpose only.

To fulfill orders, deliver donation receipts, credit supporters who ask to be named, respond to questions, and share occasional updates about youth boxing programs in Kampala, Uganda.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not share donor names publicly unless you explicitly opt in at checkout.

All payments run through Shopify's PCI-DSS compliant checkout over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Card data is handled by Shopify and its payment processors, not by this website.

We use only the cookies and local storage required to remember your cart and your community posts. No advertising trackers are used.

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time through the contact section on our home page. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.

This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
