Why gloves matter
In many of Kampala's grassroots boxing gyms, a single worn pair of gloves is shared between a dozen young boxers. Torn padding means sore hands, injuries and kids sitting out of training.
Gloves are expensive and hard to buy locally, so talented youth often train with whatever is left. Trip 01 brings donated gloves and gear directly to the gyms — handed over in person, so we know exactly where every pair goes.
